We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
Once your order is placed, we begin packing your items and get them sent out for shipping via our delivery partners.
All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days and shipping time takes approximately 5-7 working days.
Tracking & Support
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code to follow your shipment’s progress.
Should you need any help with tracking or have any questions, our customer service team is always available to assist you.
Returns: If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the same conditions as a return (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). The exchange process will be initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
Some things you put on and immediately feel different. We made this piece for the days when your joints have been reminding you they're there - the flowers are hand-engraved one petal at a time, the vine traced slowly around the full band with the same tool we've used for thirty years.
Copper has been worn against the skin for thousands of years by people who needed their bodies to keep moving, and the ones who come back to us always say the same thing: they stopped noticing what they used to notice in their wrists.
This is one of the last bracelets we'll make before we close our workshop for good. We hope it finds the wrist that needs it most.
Pure copper isn't magnetic. Most of the copper jewelry sold online is either plated (a thin copper coating over a cheaper metal like steel or brass) or alloyed with enough iron or nickel to make it feel magnetic — that's the quickest way to spot a fake.
The test is simple:
Every piece we make is 99.9% pure copper — never plated, never alloyed with cheap metals. Run the test on yours the day it arrives. If it ever fails, We'll refund you immediately.
